Once we understand where the competition is, a professional patent application will be written for you including formal drawings and up to twenty patent claims.

Once we are both happy with the application, we will submit all the documents for you to the US Patent Office (note: price above does not include the USPTO filing fee of $430 for most inventors). We will then follow-up with you throughout the year to keep you up-to-date of any patent deadlines and we are available to you for any additional patent or licensing questions.
