Looking at a patent that protects steps to take to accomplish a business task. I can call it many things but it is a business process. If I call the process something new isn't that infringing on the older patents that patent a business process?

I just joined this forum. I made a cursory pass and didn't find a match on trolls. I have a one-page website that does nothing other than ask for an email address. I received a demand letter for claims that were bazaar. I called the attorney and gave him a cussing. What is your experience with patent trolls?
