Who puts invention in the class/subclass

Who puts invention in the class/subclass

I got all my papers completed:

Forms: utility patent transmittal, fee, application data sheet, micro entity, oath
Main: Specification, Drawings

But I don't see anywhere reference to prior art or noting classes searched.

Is this done by patent office?

Yes.  The classification is done by the patent office.
