Title: What's the best Petition

Hello

I received a notice of allowance from the USPTO, for my patent application.

Incredibly, it was dated 30th June, but was not sent til 28th August (as date stamped on the envelope). 

It was sent internationally (to New Zealand) and I received it in late September with fees due on 30 September. 

I had covid at the time and did not deal with it until 10 Oct, too late.  I received a notice of abandonment
