hi i have an idea
for example can i patent an existing product that is not disposable to be disposable different material and tweak the design also.

If you are changing the design to look different you may be able to get a "design" patent approved on this: https://patentfile.org/design-patents-101/

If you are just changing the material or making something disposable it is very unlikely you can get a new "utility" type patent approved.
