I have completed a well thought out rudimentary provisional patent application with appropriate drawings (each in generic PDF files) and intend to use your “We File For You” package ($250 + USPTO filing fee ($130 in this instance).
The reason being, for some unknown reason

, after multiple attempts to file, some minor error or omission on my part keeps it from being accepted.
Questions; My assumption is you file the “cover sheet (37 CFR 1.53(c)”), specification & drawings” as AGENT? Hence, you will be shown on the application as such?
The “cover sheet” requires certain information. Do you have any “form” the inventor fills out to provide that information to you?
Is there any “certification form” required to assert or claim “Small entity” status?
What “correspondence” address is used, the “Inventors” or yours?
Is an Application Data Sheet (37 CFR 1.76) required? If so, do you complete it? (Appears to have some tricky questions to answer properly)
How many business days does it normally take for you to file?
Once the filing is accepted, you then email forward that information to the “inventor” immediately?
Looking forward to using your services.
