first of all im so happy for found your useful website
I wanna build a company & make finger puppet books (something like pics)
is there any licence about making finger puppet books? or i can make and sale them without inventor permission??

P.S
i found this patent on uspto database but it is not include its license

Hi,

The patent you found is a "design" patent which means that it only protects the very specific design shown in their figures.  It does not protect the general idea of finger puppet books. 

This is not legal advice and you should hire an attorney to do a "freedom to operate" search for you if you are concerned about this, however, if I had to guess I would bet you should be fine making your own finger puppet book as long as you don't copy the stories or drawings of other people and create everything yourself from scratch.
