Hello,

I am a new member and thanks for providing this forum.
I recently created a product and participated in a local Renegade Fair. My product did really well. I have a copyright on the product name and design, but I haven't had the time to file a patent or provisional patent. Is it too late?

How long ago did you "publicly disclose" this idea?  If it was less than 12 months ago you should still have time to file a patent in the United States.
