Small Entity Status vs Micro Entity Status

Small Entity Status vs Micro Entity Status

What is the difference between Small & Micro Entity. I am also confused on what the total fee, it states,
Filing Fee of $260 ($130 for small entity) ($65 for micro entity). Can you elaborate for me is this my fee, for example, Small Entity $260.00 or $130.00?
Also is my Cover Sheet also my Application Datasheet? as numbers do not match.

If you are filing as an individual you may qualify for "micro entity" which means you only pay $65 to file the provisional.  To see if you qualify check out this calculator (created by me):
