Steven Kick is the managing member and runs daily operations at PatentFile, LLC. Steven has over 12 years of patent filing experience and is registered to file patents with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO Reg. No. 65,721) . Mr. Kick has a Bachelor of Science in Biochemical Pharmacology from the State University of New York at Buffalo and a Professional Science Master in Cellular and Molecular biology from the University of South Carolina at Columbia.

Mr. Kick has a wide range of patent experience from drafting patent applications to conducting detailed patent searches in various technology areas. Prior to his time at PatentFile, LLC, Mr. Kick has worked for Chelsea Therapeutics of Charlotte, NC as an Intellectual Property Analyst and for the Intellectual Property Office at the University of South Carolina at Columbia and the Office of Technology Transfer at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte where he was involved in patent and invention management.

Brad has 23 years of patent filing experience and is registered to file patents by the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO Reg. No. 53,855) and has filed over 500 patent applications ranging from complex biotechnology inventions to consumer products and software.

In addition to his patent expertise, Mr. Fach is also a successful inventor (pat. no. 9,801,498) and entrepreneur with an MBA. Mr. Fach started his first company in 2003 which he grew into a profitable business and sold it in 2007. He is able to offer practical advice on both patent matters and business strategy and understands how important strong patents are for early stage companies. Mr. Fach is a Certified Licensing Professional (CLP) and has 16 years of experience negotiating and licensing patents with small and large companies.
