provisional patent
« on: August 25, 2017, 11:25:08 AM »
I plan to file a provisional patent for a piece of equipment and also want to include international market when I do the full patent application. I have multiple designs of some of the parts of this device. Should I include all those ideas in the original filing or save them to refile multiple times?

thanks

Usually its best to file it all together.   I am not sure what you mean by "save them".   If you hold back details in your patent application and don't teach the patent office everything you know about making the invention that may cause problems later.
