I am doing my PhD . I am standardising my innovative biochemical and clinical related investigations to detect clinical indicators which upon early intervention will improve health outcomes.Also up to how many peoplecan be included in a patent right within a Ph D ?

Anyone who helped develop the claimed invention should be listed as an "inventor".   There is no limit so you could have 1 or 100 people if needed.   They can all be PhDs or none of them may be PhDs.  That does not matter.
