China patent in U.S.

A couple questions regarding international patent transferability:

What does a patent in China mean for me in the U.S.? Can a Chinese manufacturer patent a U.S. design? If I buy a product from the Chinese patent holder and sell it in the U.S, can I, or anyone else for that matter, turn around and then patent that product in the U.S.?

A patent in China can only be enforced in China so people in the USA, Europe, or any other place where there is not a patent may be able to use it.

You can only file a patent on something where you are the first inventor so if you tried to file a USA patent on someone else's invention it would be rejected because you were not the first person to come up with it.

Thanks.
